RDM offers clients a total package for the design, development and manufacture of wiring harnesses / looms for a variety of industries ranging from Automotive to industrial all manufactured to ISO9000:2000 quality standards. The harnesses range from single wire assemblies right through to assemblies exceeding 800 wires. Harnesses can be encapsulated in a variety of different finishes ranging from tape, cloth tape, pvc tube, convolute tube through to high wear resistance plastic braid.
RDM also manufactures special requirement harnesses for motorsport and the MOD requiring extended performance cabling and finishes including metal braiding and flame retardant materials.
The company provides clients with other enhanced services such as panel wiring, manufacture of products where the wiring harness is an integral part of an assembly and the supply of consumable materials, connectors, cable, relays etc.

We have fully automatic cut and termination facilities as well as manual assembly together with fully computerised harness end of line testing. Our harness design team uses the very latest CAD electrical design tools for harness layout / design and circuit design / simulation.
