RDM provides high calibre design engineers on a contract basis to a wide range of customers across sectors ranging from Automotive to industrial. We can supply engineers covering a range of disciplines including Electrical, Mechanical, Styling and development, Packaging, Trim and Hardware, etc.
We can also supply technician and manufacturing support staff to assist with harness / product re-works, line side modification work, containment action, warranty analysis etc.
For many years RDM has worked on contracts both large and small and has developed an excellent network of engineering contacts and an excellent reputation with our clients. Unlike traditional agencies we are able to personally guarantee the standard of our contract engineers as we have worked with them directly. We can also provide essential backup to all of the contractors from our permanent resource. This gives our clients confidence and should a problem occur then RDM is positioned very well to support and resolve quickly.
Contract duration is flexible from as little as a few days to a more long term arrangement.
Location is flexible and we can offer staff to work on a national or international basis. We also offer the facility to use our own site and resources if this is more convenient.
