PRODUCT AND SERVICES
We offer an extensive range of products and services including:
- A full electrical and electronic design service.
- Manufacture of wiring harnesses / looms and other electrical and electronic components.
- Design and manufacture of other associated plastic, trim and metal parts and assemblies, including towing electrical kits, fog lamp kits, etc.
- An extensive range of vehicle specific plug in towing electrical kits, tow bars, side and rear steps including design of customer specific parts.
- A contract engineering service, where we will place dedicated engineers within your company to solve short or long term engineering issues.
DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
At RDM we have a dynamic and innovative approach to design and development. Our design engineers are highly skilled with many years experience working within the automotive industry.
Our in-house design studio, computer aided design and prototyping facilities enable us to visualise concepts and produce prototypes. We are then able to refine these with our customer's input to meet their specifications.
MANUFACTURE AND SUPPLY
RDM manufactures in-house, a wide range of products including wiring harness / looms of various types and complexities, on a bespoke or low volume basis through to high volume supply. We are fully conversant with PPAP, FMEA, IMDS and REACH procedures.
